Pohledávka zajištěná zadržovacím právem a její popření insolvenčním správcem
Insolvency proceedings are a lengthy and complicated process full of deadlines, and failure to meet these deadlines can have fatal consequences. Knowledge of and familiarity with these proceedings is the key to success. Thanks to years of experience, we are able to evaluate the situation and offer the most appropriate way to solve the insolvency, whether you are a debtor or creditor. We most often represent creditors throughout the insolvency proceedings, including filing a creditor's insolvency claim or registering a claim in insolvency proceedings. If you are in the position of a debtor, we will be happy to help you negotiate an amicable solution with the creditors, and ideally avoid the insolvency proceedings. We can also represent you in damages proceedings for damages caused by the submission of chicanery insolvency proposals. We also offer our services to third parties whose property is often unjustifiably included in insolvent property. We can simply deal with any problem you may have before and during insolvency proceedings.

Our bankruptcy law team is particularly sought after for its deep erudition and professional experience in this field of law. We have represented creditors and debtors in hundreds of insolvency proceedings of all types. Our partner JUDr. Roman Polášek also significantly contributed to the preparation of the new Insolvency Act, as well as non-liquidation forms of bankruptcy resolution - discharge of debt or reorganization. In 2006, he successfully defended the Insolvency Act in the Parliament of the Czech Republic, and the Act came into force.
