Law for me means more than just the articles. Law is an instrument for achieving conflicting objectives, and a means of overcoming obstacles which may seem insurmountable at first glance. The public associates lawyers with stiff ties and tailored suits. What they don’t see are the hours spent at the office, which serve to achieve the client’s objectives and satisfaction, often at the expense of the lawyers’ private lives.

My practice is primarily dedicated to real estate law. However, in providing services to the client during development project implementation, the law goes beyond merely drafting contracts; I can participate in creating something tangible, something real. Providing services to the client within real estate transactions involves not only law, but also tax issues, the management of financing and the client’s business strategy. Each case is individual and poses a new challenge. In addition to real estate law, I also engage in representing creditors in insolvency proceedings and debt recovery.

I approach clients with respect and strive to make them perceive the presence of a lawyer during negotiations and the drafting of contractual documents or solving complicated life situation not as a necessary evil, but rather as an added value which the lawyer can offer. The client’s success means my own satisfaction for a job well done.

In my free time, I appreciate a glass of well-chilled white wine or rum with a cigar. This year I finished my first triathlon, which motivated me to overcome my own limits.
