Přenesení místní příslušnosti v řízení péče soudu o nezletilé
Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you will land among the stars.
I cannot even remember when I heard the above motto for the first time. Yet it really stuck a chord with me and I have tried to live my life accordingly. It is also one of the reasons why I chose law as my professional career. Legal studies were difficult from the start and they definitely did not end upon graduation – quite the opposite, as a lawyer has to pursue lifelong learning. Law is a comprehensive, dynamic area subject to frequent changes, and a good lawyer has to be able to react to them. This is why I appreciate the opportunity to work in a team of very experienced and accomplished attorneys-at-law from whom I can learn a lot and progress in my work. I approach the job of trainee lawyer with the appropriate humility and never hesitate to ask my more experienced colleagues for advice when there is something I do not know.
I approach each client on an individual basis and with empathy. I also try to look at their case comprehensively and with the required thoroughness. Clients can trust me and share any problem with me.
In practice, I mostly deal with family law, which is also the subject of my postgraduate studies. Family law is directly connected with the client’s life, is frequently linked to stressful personal situations, and a lawyer can help the client achieve the best arrangement for their family and personal situations in the future. Law is truly meaningful for me in such cases.
I try to spend most of my free time in the country, preferably in my parents’ village with my beloved dog. I like travelling and my great dream is to “see the whole world”. I very much enjoy concerts and festivals, and their electric atmosphere. I never turn down a glass of fine wine in the company of my friends.
We have already helped many clients overcome various life barriers. We will also be glad to help you.
